Scope and agreement
This website describes online business consulting. Submitting an enquiry does not create a consulting engagement. The written proposal or consulting agreement identifies the parties, scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule and timetable before work begins.
Delivery
Consultations are conducted remotely; written findings and recommendations are delivered electronically as agreed. Timelines depend on scope and timely receipt of agreed information.
Client responsibilities
Provide accurate information and only data you are authorised to share. Agree an appropriate transfer method before sending sensitive information.
Fees and payment
Pay only against an individually issued invoice, using its specified amount, currency, due date and instructions. Any advance payment is set out in the agreement.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
Contact us promptly with the engagement or invoice reference. Changes to scope or timing must be agreed in writing. Cancellation and refund requests are considered according to the consulting agreement, work performed and applicable law; no blanket non-refundable rule applies on this page.
Nature of advice
Recommendations support business decisions and do not guarantee prevention of fraud, recovery of funds, regulatory approval or a specific financial outcome. These services are not a substitute for legal advice.
Confidentiality and privacy
Handle engagement information according to the agreed confidentiality terms and our Privacy Policy.
